Shipping & returns
Items will be shipped through the United States Postal service or UPS based on weight. Orders may take up to 24 hours to process.
Lift tickets and gift cards are nonrefundable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your soft goods purchase, Beaver Mountain Gear Store will gladly accept returned items for a full refund of purchase price or store credit, less shipping fees. Merchandise must be returned in new re-saleable condition and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted. Please include a note as to the reason for your return and a phone number you can be reached at.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Our warranty only covers defective items, not accidental damage or miss use. All returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Beaver Mountain Gear Store is not responsible for return freight charges.
